I'm finally back with the review of Cle De Peau Beaute The Foundation sounds fancy right? Well, it's definitely one of the most luxurious foundations in the market with a price tag of $250. The Foundation is housed in a sturdy lucite glass jar it also comes with a beautiful coaster that holds a little gold spatula. I think we can all agree the packaging is jaw-dropping but it is not the best travel-friendly packaging. I would have to scoop some out in a sample jar if I want to bring this along with me when I travel. There are 12 shades and I was matched with the shade O50 Deep Ochre, which is the second to last darkest shade and it's a pretty good match for me. I have swatches of all the shades here. The texture of the foundation is bouncy, feels like a gel/moisturizer, it blends into the skin seamlessly and it doesn't cling to any dry patches. The coverage is buildable but you can sheer it out by mixing the foundation with your moisturizer/primer or you can apply two layers for a full coverage finish. I was told it's best to apply this foundation with your fingers but I'm not a big fan of that so I just use my favorite Sigma Flat Top Kabuki brush to apply the product. The Foundation feels very light-weight, hydrating, comfortable on the skin and it has a semi-matte finish. I have combination oily skin so I like to prime my skin prior to applying any foundation. I wanted to maintain the same routine while testing out this product and I loved the healthy glow I achieved with The Foundation. I have pigmentation around my mouth, sun spots, large pores, and textured skin. The foundation covered my imperfections without settling into any fine lines. I did have to use a concealer under my eyes cause those bags and dark circles need extra coverage. My t-zone is extremely oily so I can never get away without setting my foundation. Once I set the foundation, I only have to touch up no more than once or twice throughout the day. I've been wearing this foundation nonstop it doesn't get cakey or oxidize and it lasts all day long!

I have primed my skin with a serum, moisturizer, sunscreen, Estee Lauder Priming Moisture Balm and Benefit Porefessional primer (only on my t-zone).
I applied one layer of the foundation like I usually do and here's the finished result. As you can see It did a great job at covering up my pigmentation, sunspots and it evened out my skin tone. I used Wander Beauty Dual concealer (review here) and to set the concealer I used Laura Mercier Translucent powder. I set the foundation with Lancome Dual-Finish Powder (only on my t-zone), warmed up the skin with Givenchy Healthy Glow Bronzer (review here), on my cheeks I have on Kjaer Weis Sun Touched cream blush and for the highlighter, I used Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Opal.

I wanted to compare a few other foundation shades so you can get an idea. Although CDP O50 isn't very warm it's a great match for me during winter. I will probably have to switch to O60 during summer. My Mac shade reference is NC42 so if you're darker than NC42-44, unfortunately, you won't be able to find a match. The limited shade range is the only con I can think of other than the costly price tag. Hopefully, Cle De Peau will extend the shade range in the future that way everyone can enjoy this beautiful foundation.

Final Verdict:
The brand claims this foundation has anti-aging properties which help "diminish the appearance of damage caused by dryness and bring visible improvement to skin". I can't vouch for that but I do love the youthful, radiant glow it provides, I always wanted to obtain the perfect dewy base but having oily skin it was very hard to do so. With this foundation, I was able to attain that subtle glowy base like I've always wanted. So far, I've only tested this foundation during the cooler months and it has performed very well, however, I'm curious to see how it will hold up during summer. I think this will be great for all skin tones, it didn't clog my pores or cause any breakouts. I like so many things about this product I don't have to touch up much, it doesn't settle into my dreadful smile lines, the coverage and the finished result is impeccable.
Now it's time for the big question- Do I recommend this foundation? Absolutely! With that being said, I know this is way too expensive but if you're in the mood to treat yourself with one of the most luxurious beauty product ever, I say go for it! This little jar of the foundation will literally last you forever since a little goes a long with this product and I think this is one foundation I won't be hitting pan on anytime soon. So you're definitely getting your money's worth.

Wander Beauty Spring 2017 Collection launched recently, and I was lucky enough to have received a few products to test out. Today I will be reviewing their new Dualist Matte & Illuminating Concealer in Medium, Lilac Luster Exquisite Liquid Eyeshadow, and a new On The Glow Blush in Berry Whisper/Nude Glow. As usual, the packaging is outstanding, and these multitasking products are easy to apply, perfect for on the go mommies or gals. These products are formulated without parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrance, or mineral oil. Cruelty-free.
Wander Beauty Dualist Matte and Illuminating Concealer

An innovative, double sided concealer, with a creamy, full coverage matte stick on one end and a lightweight, illuminating liquid on the other. Dualist Matte and Illuminating Concealer is double sided with a full coverage matte stick on one end and a lightweight illuminating liquid on the other. The matte stick provides maximum coverage for discoloration, blemishes, dark circles, age spots, and redness. The moisturizing illuminating concealer can be used to reawaken a dull complexion, brighten the under eyes or cheekbones, and diffuse fine lines with a soft and flattering glow.
First up is the Wander Beauty Dualist Matte & Illuminating Concealer, there is a total of five shades Fair, Light, Medium, Tan, and Deep. I received the shade Medium, there are two ends of this concealer I love this concept perfect to carry in your bag or traveling. The stick end is the matte finish, and the illuminating side is the liquid finish. I love the lipstick shaped stick it's super cute! The consistency of both concealers is creamy, lightweight and it blends seamlessly. The matte stick provides a full coverage it covers dark circles, blemishes, and it also color corrects. The illuminating concealer has a medium to buildable coverage so you can apply two coats for a full coverage finish. The matte stick can be drying if you have dry under eye area or fine lines and wrinkles, I would suggest using a hydrating eye cream before applying the concealer. I like to use the illuminating end during the day when I'm doing a quick no makeup look, and I use the matte end when I want a bright highlighted under eye area. Sometimes I mix them both for extra coverage, and it doesn't crease or settle into the fine lines. I mostly use my finger to apply the both sides of the concealer, so it will warm up and apply smoothly and blend easily. I like to set this concealer with my HG Laura Mercier Translucent Powder or the Wander Beauty Wanderlust Powder (review here), and it lasts well throughout the day.

Exquisite Eye Liquid Shadow is a richly pigmented, liquid shadow that glides on seamlessly without creasing, fading, or smudging. Just apply to the eyelid, directly from the doe-foot applicator, and blend outwards using a makeup sponge or your fingers, building with additional coats for a more dramatic effect.
There is a total of five shades Bronze, Dove Grey, Mocha, Champagne, and Lilac Luster. I received the shade called Lilac Luster which is their newest addition to the Exquisite Liquid shadow range. Lilac Luster screams spring it's a stunning light pinkish lilac shade with a metallic finish. The formula goes on wet, and it dries down to a cream shadow like finish. This shadow is very pigmented one or two coat gets the job done, but you can layer it for an opaque finish depending on what you prefer. I apply this with the doe foot applicator, and since it dries very quickly, I apply this at the very end after I finish all the blending work that way I have more control on the application without getting it all over my crease. This shadow is long lasting, no creasing, or smudging. I used a primer, and this lasted for 8-9 hours before it started to fade.

On The Glow Blush has a total of four shades I received the shade Berry Whisper/Nude Glow. I was so excited when I saw this blush first off I love on-the-glow blushes it's the perfect multitasking product. Berry Whisper is a light berry shade, and it kind of reminds me of the Tom Ford Sublimate Shade and Illuminate Cheeks (review here) which is a lot sheer in pigmentation compare to Berry Whisper. Also, Berry Whisper is much more affordable than the TF Sublimate Shade & Illuminate Cheeks. All the blushes come with the highlighter shade called Nude Glow, it's a shimmering champagne shade. I kinda wish they did a different shade for their spring blush, but nonetheless, it's a gorgeous blush/highlighter duo. I love the formula it's creamy, but it dries down to a powder finish. On The Glow, blushes are highly pigmented, but it can be applied lightly for a flush of color or layered for a bold look. I use my finger to apply this product, and I find that's the best way to blend out this product. This product can be used as a blush, on the lips or as an eyeshadow and as a highlighter. I wanted to include a shade I have called Bare/Nude Glow, and I absolutely love that blush I've been reaching for it almost everyday it's a perfect everyday shade. This is very long lasting it had worn for 8 hours before it started to fade.

Overall
Wander Beauty products are very practical, travel-friendly, minimal and easy to apply that's what I love about their products. However, their shade range is very limited when it comes to foundation and concealers I do hope they'll add more shades in the future cause the products are worth looking into. I loved the spring launches it's light airy and fresh just what we need for spring. I'm not into pink shadows, but I'm loving Lilac Luster it's the prettiest and the perfect shadow for spring and summer. I loved all three products, and I highly recommend them all.

Wanderlust Powder Foundation and On-The-Glow Bronzer in Capri/Candle Glow are the two products I've been enjoying lately. First up is the Wanderlust Powder Foundation there is a total of five shades available:

I have the shade Tan which is a bit light for me, but the last shade is Deep and that will be too dark so I had to make it work hopefully Wander Beauty will add more shades in the future. Another Wander Beauty product that has a nice little twist on the packaging this compact comes with a mirror, powder puff and a lid that covers the powder, so it's less messy. I do use the powder puff sometimes, it's very soft, and it does a great job at applying the foundation. The texture of this foundation is amazing! It's very soft, silky and velvety it's finely milled, I just love the consistency of this powder. This powder foundation is lightweight with a buildable coverage, and it has a matte finish, but it doesn't get cakey throughout the day or oxidize. If you have normal skin, you can get away with using just this powder foundation. It covers my dark circles, and it evens out uneven skin tone. I use this mostly under my eyes to set my concealer since it a lighter shade it works out perfectly, but sometimes I use a fluffy powder brush and lightly dust this on my T-zone which is where I tend to get oily. And since it has oil controlling properties it helps keep the oil at bay. This powder isn't drying, and it's very long lasting it literally kept my makeup in place all day. Wanderlust Powder Foundation is enriched with skincare ingredients, and it's also oil free, Paraben free, Phthalate free, Synthetic Fragrance-free, Talc-free, and Cruelty-free.

Wander Beauty Pixel Perfect Retractable Brush is perfect for those who likes to touch up during the day. The packaging had a little issue I'm not sure if it's the one I received is faulty but it's a little loose like it can pop out at any giving moment. This brush can be used to apply a cream, powder, or liquid products to buff, blend, and stipple on the face or body. The bristles are synthetic it does blend out product seamlessly, and it's a perfect travel-friendly tool. I don't do a lot of touch ups with powder throughout the day I prefer using blotting paper, instead of powder, so I end up leaving this behind. Although it's very loose, I didn't notice any shedding, but I hope they will fix the packaging issue soon.

I love their on-the-go products it's a perfect multitasking product, and it's very easy to apply. The consistency of this product is very creamy it glides on effortlessly and blends like butter. I love how this bronzer looks on me it gives me a natural sun kissed glow, and I think this will look stunning on lighter skin tone as well. I find this bronzer/illuminator very hydrating due to the Hyaluronic Acid being one of the ingredients, so this will be ideal for those with dry skin. Some of the key ingredients are Vitamin A, C, and E, Collagen which helps with firmness and elasticity to the skin. On-the-glow bronzer lasted about 6-7 hours on me before it started fading. You can check out their website they demonstrated how the shades would look on different skin tones and different ways of applying this product.

The Wanderlust powder quickly became one of my favorite due to the matte finish If you have oily skin, you'll love this powder. The bronzer has the creamiest texture ever! And it's so easy to apply perfect for a busy mom like me. I'm loving both of these products the brush not so much since I don't touch up during the day I end up not using it much. I purchased many beauty products last year, but only a few made the cut if you follow me on Instagram then you've already seen me talking about these products. I also included an item that became a quick favorite in the last few weeks. Let's jump right into it!
Best Beauty Discoveries | 2016
- YSL Touche Eclat Blur Primer- I had three minis of this primer I'm on my last bottle now I love this primer. It's very light, and if you have large pores like me, you'll love this one it really does minimize the pores.
- Make Up Forever Ultra HD Invisible Cover Stick Foundation- This foundation is one of the best I've ever used. I purchased this last year during IMATS and ever since then I have been neglecting all my other foundations. This foundation gives me a flawless base I just LOVE this foundation!!
- Chanel Golden Sun Powder Blush- Golden Sun is stunning! I think it will be lovely on all skin tone. Review here.
- Estee Edit Ember Glow The Barest Blush- If you notice both of the blush I'm featuring today falls into rusty warm shades, I love rusty tones I find them more flattering on me than a pink blush. Review here.
- Cle De Peau Luminizing Face Enhancers- Last year I've decided to give these luxurious highlighters a go, and I'm totally obsessed! If you're looking for a light hint of glow highlighters, then you will love these. Cdp Face Enhancers have the most beautiful formula and not to mention the packaging is simply gorgeous.
- Givenchy Healthy Glow Bronzer- I'm not a huge fan of bronzers, but I discovered this bronzer last year, and I love it! It gives me a gorgeous glow. Review here.
- Stila Mind Eyeshadow Palette- I think I've pretty much got all my friends and family hooked on this palette even a few of my Instagram makeup junkie buddies jumped on the bandwagon with me. One of my most used palette from 2016 which I shall review soon!
- Colourpop Eyeshadows- I can't believe I didn't purchase these shadows sooner. I love the super shock shadows they're highly pigmented and not to mention super affordable.
- Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir Major Volume Mascara- This mascara gives my lashes major volume!! Love this mascara no flaking, no smudging, it's a great product.
- Kevyn Aucoin Eyelash Curler- I've tried many lash curler this one is by far the best I've ever used. It fits my eye shape perfectly without pinching my eyes perfect lash curler.
- Tom Ford Lips & Boys Lipsticks- I love Lips & Boys lipsticks my favorite one is Addison and Julian.
- Cle De Peau Radiant Liquid Rouge- I was never a glossy lipsticks fan till I came across this gem. My favorite shades are 11, 12 and 13.
- Wander Beauty Carryon Lip & Cheek Gel- I discovered this product at the very end of last year, but I had to include this cause it quickly became one of my favorite. Review here.
- Beauty Blender- This have been the only tool I've been using to blend out my concealer, and the size is perfect for under eye area.
- Zoeva 110 Face Shape Brush- This is a great little brush it helps blend out products seamlessly.
- Hakuhodo J 4004 Brush- The only highlighter brush I've used all throughout last year and I will continue using it this year as well.

Wander Beauty Prone To Wander Kit is part of their Holiday 2016 collection. I'm a big fan of their Mini Carryon Kit which I've reviewed (here) so I was very excited to try out their matte lipstick formula. This kit caters to all, you may choose from neutral to dark shades for your day to night looks. My favorite thing about this kit is the insert in which you can carry two mini lipsticks how cool is that! Absolutely love this innovative idea I'm someone who is always mixing lipsticks so this to me is the best idea ever! Also, it's perfect for on the go just throw in your clutch or makeup bag. These matte lipsticks are non-drying, creamy, very pigmented and it glides on effortlessly. Out of all six shades to my surprise my favorite is Velvet Rope which is a very dark vampy shade. I usually find dark shades such as Velvet Rope difficult when it comes to the application but this applied evenly and with just one swipe it gave an opaque finish. Miss Behave is a gorgeous nude shade specially on light skin tone it will look stunning but on medium to dark complexion pairing this nude lipstick with a dark liner is a must or else it can wash you out. All 6 shades are long-wearing and all shades wore for 6-7 hours, with the darker shades leaving a soft stain behind.
