This Souffle sounds like a dream, it promises to give you a instant glow and much more. Believe it or not this is what I was most intrigued about from the entire Tom Ford Soleil Collection. I was a bit confused if this was meant for face or body, so I spoke to a beauty advisor. I was informed it is indeed a face product. I was a little skeptical to slather this all over my face cause I have sensitive acne prone skin. After contemplating I decided to give it a go, I applied it on my cheeks and forehead. Once I applied foundation, concealer and powder the shimmer was nonexistent. The consistency is a little bit thicker than a regular foundation primer. However it sinks in quickly leaving your skin hydrated and luminous. My foundation went on very smooth and as the day went by I did get a little dewy. There is a light fragrance but its very subtle almost unnoticeable. I have oily to combination skin, this might be a little too moisturizing for me but I can see someone with dry skin loving this product. Lets have a close look at the beautiful micro shimmer.

Overall
I had high hopes for this product, due to my skin type this might not be the best moisturizer/primer for me. I also wonder how this will perform during warmer season, it could be a bit too much. It didn't cause any breakouts or irritate my skin so that's something to take into consideration. Despite the glowing sheen and the rich creamy formula I still prefer my HG Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer. In conclusion Tom Ford Radiant Moisture Souffle can be a hit or miss product depending on your skin type.
this looks interesting, but the shimmer in it would give me pause. well that and the price tag! I had another TF primer sample once, but I didn't even finish it as I couldn't see any benefit from it. I do love his lipsticks though! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThe shimmer doesn't show once you apply foundation and powder. As a primer I rather use the hourglass primer, with that price tag it should make my skin look flawless and it didin't do that for me. Thanks for stopping by :)

DeleteOhhh I had thought it was a face product! Waaaay too shimmery and def a no-no for oily skin, eek! But it looks really nice otherwise on your hand! I'm sure using it on the arms and legs will really make a nice bronze and glowy look!
