Hey guys I attended Imats NY and I was so excited about this years Imats. I got to meet someone I really admire, I follow her tips and tricks on a daily basis. This year Lisa Eldridge did a live Q&A, I made sure I got there on time to catch her segment. She also did a book signing, which I almost missed but I made it just in time. If you haven't checked out her book yet please do, the cover alone caught my attention its a really good read.
As usual I was well prepared made my list ahead and I got everything off my list, except for one palette which was sold out. I didn't have Temptu on my list, however I was always curious about this little device. It was an impulsive purchase but I don't regret purchasing this at all, I love the idea of not having to use a brush. Which means less brushes to clean! I will test out this innovative little device before I come to a conclusion. Another brand I was excited about is Hakuhodo brushes, I love their brushes! I love the quality of these brushes its very soft and feels luxurious. I regret not purchasing more of their face brushes, next time I will definitely purchase a few more. Let's go ahead and look at the goodies but I must warn you this post is very pic heavy.

13rushes Travel Brush Set
Its vacation time!! I'm packed and ready to go. Here's what I'm bringing with me I tried to keep it light but seems like that's not an option for me. I carried everything in two no name brand train case that I've purchased years ago. I was a little frustrated while I was packing the face & cheeks products I didn't want to carry more than two blushes and foundations. I picked things that I usually reach out for and also avoided taking bulky palettes. I'm taking my adorable 13rushes travel set brushes along with some of my favorite full size brushes that I can't live without. Keep in mind I'm packing for 2 weeks and it will be during my husbands birthday which is why I threw in some glitter and pigments. Packing makeup is a hectic thing to do well at least for me I feel like I need everything so I keep adding things as much as I can fit inside that little case. For those who are planning on traveling soon hope this helps. Here's some tips don't take any mineralized products since they break quite easily. I also try to take neutral earthy tones eyeshadows since those shades will go with any outfits and you can use a colorful eye liner to add a pop of color. Make sure you're taking a foundation that photographs well since during vacation we tend to take lots of pictures. I also try to avoid taking any limited edition products I love cause I actually lost a few products while traveling in the past. Last but not least put any liquid products in a ziplock bag just incase if any leaking occurs. Hope you guys enjoyed this long picture heavy post.
Hey loves this is the third and last Valentines Day look that I created for you guys. For this look I wanted to use soft colors so the colors lavender and lilac came to mind. I wanted a wearable look so I kept it pretty simple. I skipped lashes for this look but if you want you can add some falsies. I also wanted to keep the skin really dewy. Mac's lustre drops added that perfect glow to the skin. I was having some trouble with the lighting it was a gloomy day. Hope you like this look and try it out =)

Hey everyone i did a neutral look with a pop of color for my daughters moving up ceremony and i wanted to share with you all. i haven't used my pressed pigments in a while. i just grabbed mac's melon pigment i love using this color during summer time.also i didn't get the chance to do my brows so please excuse them but i think i did a good job making them look decent one of my fave thing to do when it comes to applying makeup is doing my brows.
