La Desiree is one of the lipstick from Chanel's Nuit Infinie De Chanel Holiday collection. La Desiree is described as a burgundy red. It appears as a warm dark berry red with a semi matte finish. It went on smooth and applied evenly.It averages 7-8 hours of wear on me. I did find the formula a bit drying so next time i will moisturize my lips before applying this lipstick. It did leave a stain which lasted about an hour or so.

I really like vampy red color during winter/holiday season. The finishing of this lipstick is gorgeous,velvety and looks amazing. Which makes it easy to overlook the dry lips. If you are looking for that perfect holiday lipstick i suggest you check out Chanel La Desiree before it's gone.
