Hourglass Cosmetics Vista Graphik Eyeshadow Palette
Today, I'm going to review the Hourglass Cosmetics Vista Graphik Eyeshadow Palette and the Arch Brow Sculpting Brow Pencil in Dark Brunette. Last year, I attended the grand opening event of the Hourglass Soho NY and that's when I got a preview of the new Graphik Eyeshadow Palettes. I also had the pleasure of taking over Hourglass Cosmetic Instagram with the talented Hourglass Cosmetics makeup artist Chanel. I was allowed to pick a few goodies to create a look so obviously, I went for the earthy tones, so I ended up picking Vista eyeshadow palette. I'm a little late to the game and I'm sure you've seen these palettes by now, but I thought I would share my thoughts and opinions about these two products with you all.
Hourglass Cosmetics launched four Graphik Eyeshadow Palettes Exclusive to HourglassCosmetics.com ($58 for .05 oz/1.4g x5) Expose-plums, Myth-mattes, Ravine-warm neutrals, and Vista-earth tones. The palettes feature a range of finishes to matte to metallic, for countless combinations from subtle to dramatic. Each palette features five finely milled, ultra smooth formulas to create endless looks with depth and dimension. It's formulated with a high concentration of pure pigment powder for the truest color payoff. The newly packaged eyeshadow palettes are housed in a classic sleek, light-weight mirrored compact its similar to the Ambient Lighting Compact.
Hourglass Cosmetics Vista Graphik Eyeshadow Palette
Hourglass Cosmetics Vista Graphik Eyeshadow Palette has beautiful mattes and shimmering neutral shades: Champagne Gold, Deep Olive, Rich Brown, Bronze, and Black. All five shades have a great color payoff, the shadows have silky smooth texture, it blends effortlessly, and I experienced very little fallouts. This is an all-in-one palette cause it has a transition shade and a highlighter shade, so you can add some warmth, depth, and highlight your browbone and inner corner of your eyes. I personally, love using the shade Rich Brown (a mid-tone brown shade) all over the lids and pop some mascara on which, is usually my go-to look but you can also take it up a notch and create a perfect smokey eye with this palette. Although all five shades are nice and opaque I must mention, the Black shade in this palette is highly pigmented and I'm truly impressed with the longevity of the shadows. The shadows are long-lasting it wore 9-10 hours before I noticed some fading.
This eyeshadow palette is formulated without Paraben, Sulfates, Phthalates, Synthetic Dyes, and GMOs.

Here's a comparison between the Graphik and Modernist eyeshadow palette. I do prefer the new packaging more than the older one it seems more practical and user-friendly. The Infinity Modernist Eyeshadow Palette wasn't a huge hit in my opinion but I never had an issue with the formula or pigmentation. Overall, It performed nicely, but I just didn't reach for it as much mostly due to the issues with the packaging. I have swatches of Infinity Modernist Eyeshadow Palette here.
Hourglass Cosmetics Arch Brow Sculpting Brow Pencil

I have the shade Dark Brunette (a cool tone dark brown shade) it really compliments my dark hair and it gives my brows a natural look. I love the packaging of this Brow pencil the sleek metal double-ended design has a unique triangular shape tip on one end to allow complete control and precision with every application, while the other end features a brush for brow grooming. The texture of this brow pencil is incredible, and the triangular shaped pencil helps to fill in the sparse areas easily even if you're not a brow expert you can achieve the perfect brows with this pencil. I love using this brow pencil, especially for the no-makeup makeup days. The brush really helps blend out the product evenly giving my brows a feathery look which I love!

Final Verdict:
I just have to say kudos to Hourglass Cosmetics for being a cruelty-free brand! Hourglass Cosmetics continues to impress me with their simple yet stunning products. The color scheme for the Vista palette will catch any neutral eyeshadow lovers attention. They kept it simple and easy for us all with the concept of one palette with endless possibilities. Like I have mentioned, this new packaging gets a thumbs up from me, it's got a big mirror so you can carry this in your makeup bag for a quick touch-up. And, the lightweight compact makes this palette very travel-friendly. Vista is highly saturated, all five shades performed really well, they surpassed my expectations. I also want to share my little trick with you all I love using the black shadow as an eyeliner. I find it really easy to apply, and I also don't have to worry about messing up cause I have more control over the brush.
Now the Arch Brow Pencil whether you like bold or subtle brows, you can create the brows you desire with this brow pencil. I used this brow pencil on my mom she has thick brows, but lots of sparse areas and it was very easy to fill in, and it took only a few gentle strokes to fill in her brows. This is not a new product but it was new to me and I don't leave the house without this. I highly recommend this brow pencil it's definitely worth checking out.
